- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment, hereinafter referred to as "equipment". 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 3. Order codes according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 48820000-2, 32420000-3, 30233141-1. 4. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The scale of the order is adapted to SMEs. 5. If the specifications of the terms of the contract, proper names, types, models, symbols are indicated in the provisions, these provisions should be understood as records about a sample product. 6. If the description of the subject of the order refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, the Ordering Party allows the use of solutions equivalent to those described. 7. These proceedings is carried out taking into account environmental aspects, expressed in the environmental criteria for the evaluation of offers. 8. The order is carried out as part of the project entitled "Polish Network of Research Infrastructure for exact sciences supported by artificial intelligence - PLAI4SCIENCE” implemented under Measure 2.4 Research Infrastructure of the Modern Economy, Priority: Innovation-friendly environment of the European Funds for the Modern Economy Program 2021-2027.
