Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of computer, server and network hardware and software, in accordance with Annex 1 to the specification.
2. The subject of the contract is divided into 9 Parts:
Part No. 1: Network devices
Part No. 2: NAS server
Part No. 3: UPS
Part no. 4: Terminals
Part noPart # 5: Server Rack and Cabling
Part # 6: KVM Consoles
Part # 7: Server Operating System
Part # 8: Virtualization Software
Part # 9: Backup Software
3 Hardware must be brand new, approved for marketing, free from physical and legal defects, 100% of the case andmust meet the requirements specified by the Employer in Appendix 1 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party does not allow the subject of the order factory refurbished.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
Detailed conditions for the implementation and receipt of the subject of the contract are included inthe provisions of the contract, constituting Appendix 5 to the SWZ.
