Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a factory new, unused and technically efficient computer equipment with software and a commitment to provide warranty repair services regarding the equipment ordered, for facilities served by the Municipal Education Finance Bureau. Warsaw (MBFO), divided into two parts.
2. The subject of the contract is divided into 2 parts and includes the supply of computer hardware with the software and the warranty service, i.e.
1) Part 1- Delivery of 1057 ALL-IN-ONE desktop computers with software and warranty service, which includes:
a) 232 pieces -all -in -one type I desktop (23% VAT rate),
b) 814 pieces -all -in -one type I desktop computer (for didactic purposes covered by 0% VAT,)
c) 1 piece -all -in -one desktop computer (for didactic purposes, covered by 0% VAT rate),
d) 10 pieces-all-in-one type III desktop (for didactic purposes, covered by 0% VAT rate).
2) Part 2 - Delivery of 551 laptops with software and warranty service, which includes:
a) 537 pcs - laptop type I,
b) 14 pcs - laptop type II,
- according with a description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 2 to SWZ (description of the subject of the contract) and Annex 1 to SWZ (price form).
