Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a computing computer, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", for the Faculty of Oceanography and Geography of the University of Gdańsk.
2. Classification codes of the common order dictionary (CPV): 30211000-1 (high-performance computers).
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been specified in the description of the subject of the contract - Annex 6 to SWZ.

5. The contracting authority requires a guarantee for equipment by 36 months. Details of the warranty are included in § 7 of the draft contract - Annex 5 to SWZ.
6. The Employer allows the possibility of submitting an equivalent offer. The concept of equivalent Technical specifications and technical reference systems no worse than described by the Ordering Party in Annex 6 to SWZ. The contracting authority will not reject the contractor's offer, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of the means of evidence that the proposed solutions To an equivalent extent, they meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract (Article 101 (5) of the Public Procurement Law).
