Description:
1. The subject of the contract is: delivery of a computing server, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", for the Information Center of the University of Gdańsk.
2. Code of classification of the common order dictionary (CPV): 48822000-6 (computer servers).
3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the description subject of the order - Annex 6 to SWZ.

Details on the warranty are included in § 7 of the draft contract - Annex 5 to SWZ.
The concept of equivalence should be understood that the contractor will ensure that the offered Equipment (delivery) meets standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems no worse than those described by Ordering Party In Annex 6 to SWZ. The Employer will not reject the contractor's offer, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of the evidence in question, that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract (Article 101 para. 5 PZP).
