Description:
Task No. 1 - Delivery of consumables for Kyocera ICT equipment1. The subject of the order is the supply of consumables for ICT equipment, hereinafter referred to as the assortment.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Chapter. XIX SWZ and Annex No. 3 to SWZ.3. The Contractor will provide a 24-month warranty and warranty, counted from the date the Parties sign the delivery acceptance report without any comments.4. The Contractor is obliged to indicate in the Contractor's offer (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ) the Manufacturer, symbol or other data clearly identifying the product range. Under the name Producer should be understood as the name of the company under which the offered product is sold or the entrepreneur placing the goods on the market in the EU. If the Contractor fails to provide the above data, the Ordering Party will reject the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Act as inconsistent with the terms of the order.5. The Ordering Party allows the execution of part of the order to be entrusted to a Subcontractor.6. The Ordering Party will provide the Contractor with an indication in the offer of the parts of the order whose performance will be entrusted to Subcontractors, as well as the names of any Subcontractors, if any. famous...
