Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of requirements for the on-board energy measurement system (EMS) included in Appendix D to the regulation of the commission, compliant with the PN-EN 50463: 2013 (EN 50463: 2012) standard - "Railway applications - Energy measurement on board a train" (EU) No. 1302/2014 datedon November 18, 2014 on the technical specification of interoperability relating to the subsystem "rolling stock - locomotives and passenger rolling stock" of the rail system in the EU (version of March 11, 2020) and the requirements of PKP Energetyka S.A., the current Distribution Network Operator, measurement and billing systemsch with the Service Software and technical monitoring software as well as the service of replacing the currently installed measurement and billing systems on 14WE, 19WE, 27WE, 35WE vehicles operated by the Ordering Party.
2. Under the option right, it is envisaged to deliver no more than10 sets of measuring and billing systems and replacement of 2 systems on 14WE vehicles.
