Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of stimulators for deep brain stimulation, pain relievers, morphine-baclofen pumps, surgical valves for adults, cochlear implants and various medical products for the needs of Copernicus PodObywatelleczniczy Sp. z o. o. in Gdańsk, detailed of which description, assortment and estimated quantities are included in the Assortment and Price Form - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (parts 1-22). The offered items must be complete, of a high standard both in terms of quality and functionality, and free from defects in materials, construction and legal. The offered subject of the order must be admitted for trading and use in accordance with applicable law. The subject of the order must be consistent with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974 of May 2022). In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes in which the Ordering Party refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems or indicates trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices), in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions. The method of implementing the subject of the order is specified in the draft contract included in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party does not reserve the right to apply for the order only by Contractors referred to in Art. 94 of the Public Procurement Law.
