Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of dental materials and instruments for Dolnolskie Centrum Medyczne DOLMED S.A.2. The execution of the order includes transport to the headquarters of the Ordering Party (Wrocaw, ul. Legnicka 40).3. The offered products must be approved for trading and use for the current time applicable legal provisions.4. Product validity period min. 12 months from the date of delivery or free replacement before the expiry date.5. The content of the Contractor's offer must correspond to the content of the specifications of the contract conditions. 6. The detailed subject of the order is included in the Assortment and Price Form, which constitutes an attachment No. 2 to SWZ.7. Small quantitative shifts between individual product items are allowed, within 30% of the net value of the subject of the order, while maintaining the overall value of the subject of the contract.8. Partial deliveries: 3-4 times a month, according to the Ordering Party's needs9. Maximum waiting time for delivery of parts: up to 5 business days from placing the order10.
