- The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of diesel oil for the needs of the Municipal Utilities Plant in Goworow, ul. Szkolna 16a, 07-440 Goworowo. The expected demand for 2026-2027 will be up to 140,000 liters. Deliveries will be made on the basis of an order for a fuel tank with a capacity of 6,000 liters. l, located on the premises of the ZGK headquarters in Goworow. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the diesel oil using its own transport (vehicles with a distributor's legalization certificate to be inspected with each delivery) and at its own expense within 3 days of receiving the order. The fuel must meet the requirements quality, specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws, item 1018, as amended) and specified in the PN standard or equivalent. With each delivery, the Contractor, in the presence of an employee of ZGK in Goworow, will take a sample of the delivered product. diesel oil, which is the subject of the order.
