- 1. Successive deliveries of diesel oil to a tank with a capacity of 5 thousand liters located in Pszczki at ul. Pomorska 73, for a period of 12 months, in quantities according to the needs of the Ordering Party, in a total estimated amount of 60 m3.2. The contractor will deliver using its own transport, at its own expense and risk diesel fuel successively according to the needs of the Ordering Party, with frequency ensuring continuous refueling of the Ordering Party's vehicles. The estimated total amount of diesel fuel is 60,000 liters. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the quantity if necessary, and the Contractor will not be liable for this was entitled to any additional claims beyond remuneration for the volume of deliveries actually made. The change in size may take place during the term of the contract, according to the current needs of the Ordering Party, up to the amount of financial resources allocated for this purpose. Change in the quantities realized deliveries will not require changing the contract if the amount of remuneration does not exceed the amount of remuneration included in the contract.3.
