Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of EDR software with a license for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o. in Gdańsk. The subject of the order consists of 1 part.
2 (OPZ) and in Annex 3 to SWZ - draft contract. The contractor, by completing the indicated items in Annex 1 to SWZ-OPZ, confirms the meeting of the requirements specified by the Employer.
3. The offered objects of the order must be allowed for market and use in accordance with applicable regulations laws.
4. In all SWZ entries and its attachments, in which the Employer refers to standards, approval, technical specifications or reference systems, or trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices) are indicated, in accordance with art. 99 para. 5 and art. 101 para. 4 of the PZP Act, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions.
5. The Purchaser does not reserve the possibility of applying for the order only by the contractors referred to in art. 94 of the PZP Act.
6. The Purchaser does not set the requirements referred to in art. 96 of the PZP Act.
7. The contracting authority requires that The purchased assortment was in line with the principle of "non -management of significant damage to the environment" (DNSH - "Do no significant Har").
