Description:
1. Subject of the contract.
1.1. In the part of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to sell and deliver to the Employer for remuneration (delivery) Electrical materials - emergency materials allowed to trade in the intra -Community market (CE).
1.2. Tacial scope, type, parameters and The number of individual elements of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the specification.

1. Subject of the contract.
1.1. In the part of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to sell and deliver to the Employer for remuneration (delivery) electrical materials - materials Emergency allowed to trading in the intra -Community market (CE).
1.2. The set scope, type, parameters and the number of individual elements of the subject of the contract includes Annex 1 to the specification.
2. Delivery conditions.
2.1. The Contractor on the request of the Ordering Party undertakes to sell and Provide the subject of the contract successively during the contract duration, in batches (maximum in 30 parts), within 14 calendar days from the date of submission of the order by the Ordering Party.
