Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity for the needs of the 6th Military Hospital with the SP ZOZ outpatient clinic in Dęblin, successively throughout the duration of the contract. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in: - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Offer form; - Annex No. 2 to SWZ - Power characteristics of the consumption point; - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - Template.3. The sale of electricity will take place on the terms specified in the Act of April 10, 1997 - Law energy (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) and implementing acts to this Act, including in the field of certificates of origin regarding energy from renewable sources, as well as the provisions of the Excise Duty Act of December 6, 2008 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2025 item 126, as amended. amended) and with the principles specified in the licenses and provisions of the Civil Code. 4. The subject of the order will be implemented in accordance with the contract template (Annex No. 5 to the SWZ) and the description of the subject of the order (Annex No. 2 to SWZ).5.The estimated demand for electricity during the term of the contract, i.e. 12 months from the date of commencement of energy sales, will be: approx. 471,000 kWh 6. The projected electricity consumption specified by the Ordering Party is indicative. and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase energy in the specified amount. The Ordering Party reserves that it may purchase a larger or smaller amount of energy than the forecasted amount in accordance with the actual energy demand during the duration of the contract...
