Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity for the needs of the 6th Military Hospital from the SP ZOZ outpatient clinic in Dblin, successively for the duration of the contract.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in: - Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ Offer form; - Annex No. 2 to SWZ - Power characteristics of the consumption point; - Annex No. 5 to SWZ Template of the contract.3. The sale of electricity will take place on the terms set out in the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) and implementing acts to this Act, including: in the field of certificates of origin regarding energy from renewable sources, as well as the provisions of the Excise Duty Act of December 6, 2008 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 126, as amended) and the principles specified in the licenses and provisions of the Civil Code.4. The subject of the order will be performed in accordance with the contract template (Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ) and the description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ).5. Estimated demand for electricity during the period validity of the contract, i.e. 12 months from the date of commencement of energy sales will amount to: approx. 471,000 kWh 6.
