Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services to municipal facilities of the Zakrętym Commune (consumption points) and to organizational units connected to the PGE Dystrybucja S.A. DSO. Warsaw Branch in 2026. As a result of the proceedings, separate comprehensive agreements will be concluded: 1) Agreement with the Municipalities of Zakrętym, 2) Agreement with the Primary School in Zakrętym, 3) Agreement with the Primary School in Wojszczyce, 4) Agreement with the Municipal Children's Club in Wygoda Smoszewska, 5) Agreement with the Municipal Public Kindergarten Radosne Wzgrze in Zarokymi, 6) Agreement with the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Zakrętymi, 7) Agreement with the Municipal Public Library in Zazdrowiem. 2. The list of energy consumption points, including location, contracted capacity and tariff group membership, constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - list of PPE. 3. Estimated energy demand electricity during the period of 12 months amounts to a total of 471,524 kWh, including: 1) C11 tariff 258,385 kWh, 2) C12a tariff 14,868 kWh peak, off-peak 45,907 kWh, 3) C12b tariff 47,558 kWh peak, off-peak 75,193 kWh, 4) tariff C21 29,613 kWh.4.
