- The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for the Wrblew Commune and its subordinate facilities and infrastructure in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The sale of electricity takes place on the terms and conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) in accordance with the regulations in force regarding the above-mentioned Act and the provisions of the Act of April 23, 1964 - Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended). The estimated energy demand during the period covered by the order is PLN 605,862.00 kWh
