Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of electricity in the area of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Branch of Lublin on the conditions set out in the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) and executive acts issued on its basis of the ordering) of the Ordering Party listed in the detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2a, 2b, 2c, 2D to SWZ). The subject of the contract includes delivery, sale and purchase within the meaning of art. 3 point 6a of the Energy Law, implemented on the basis of a sales contract referred to in art. 5 para. 1 and para. 2, points 1 of this Act. The subject of the contract should be completed in accordance with a detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2a, 2b, 2c, 2D to SWZ).
