The subject of the order is the supply of electricity for the buildings of the Jan Dugosz University in Czstochow in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.2. kWh, in the C11 tariff group 1,020.00 kWh. the following separate agreements are currently in force: a) Agreement for the provision of distribution services concluded for an indefinite period with Tauron Dystrybucja S.A., ul. Podgrska 25A, 31-035 Krakw, and the Ordering Party informs that this is not a comprehensive agreement, b) Electricity sales agreement concluded with Ekovoltis Spka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Kielce, Aleja Solidarnoci 36, 25-323 Kielce, for a specified period, until December 31, 2025.4. and does not use promotional or loyalty offers in the current electricity sales agreement.5. attachments.
