- 1. The subject of this procedure is the supply (also sales) of electricity for objects (energy consumption points, hereinafter also PPE) listed in Annex 1a, 1b to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract, divided into part of the order:
1.1. and part of the order: Energy delivery electricity for 2026-2027 to facilities (energy consumption points, then also PPE) street lighting listed in Annex 1a to SWZ-description of the subject of the contract. The planned amount of electricity during the order is 3 556 740 kWh,
1.2.II part of the order: Delivery electricity for the years 2026-2027 of other facilities, including for a facility with a photovoltaic installation (PV installation) listed in Annex 1B to SWZ-description of the subject of the contract (the attachment was divided according to individual buyers). Planned amount of energy electricity during the order is 11 283 860 kWh, the planned amount of energy produced in renewable energy and released to the network during the order is 7,000 kWh,
