Description:
1. The subject of the contract is delivery in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Electricity for the city of Zamość for the needs of urban technical infrastructure: road, park lighting and illumination of facilities.
2. The contracting authority forecasts the purchase of electricity in Quantity 4,135,227.00 KWH during the contract processing to the collection and measurement points of electricity of street lighting.
3. Conditions for the performance of the contract and a detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the list of energy collection points including their location, were specified in the project contract, constituting Annex 10 to SWZ.
4. Qualitative requirements of electricity are described in the Energy Law and in the Regulation of the Minister of the Climate and the Environment of 22 March 2023 on the detailed conditions of functioning of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2023. item 819, as amended d.). Rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trade are set out in the ordinance of the Minister of the Climate and Energy Environment of November 29, 2022 on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and the method of settlement in electricity trading (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 904, as amended).
