- 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law (Journal of Laws 2012.1385, i.e. of 2022.07.01), hereinafter referred to as electricity, in an estimated amount of 3,296,329 kWh for existing and planned for connectionNo. 1 to SWZ, in the period from 01.01.2026 to 31/12/2026, in accordance with the conditions contained in this specification of the terms of the contract hereinafter referred to as "SWZ".
2. The list of consumption punk, which describes the data identifying electricity consumption points (hereinafter PPE) is included in Annex 1 toSwz.
3. The sale of electricity will be carried out on the conditions specified in the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws 2024.266, as amended), executive provisions to this Act, in particular the Regulation of the
minister of climate and the environment of 22 March 2023.on the detailed conditions of functioning of the power system, the current tariff for the electricity distribution services of the relevant distribution system operator (OSD) approved by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, Movement Instructions andThe operation of the distribution network, generally applicable legal provisions and individual price of active energy prices specified after the proceedings are resolved.
