Description:
1. The subject of the order is: supply of active electricity for the company Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy Warszawa-Modlin Sp. z o. o., which will take place under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal of Laws 2022, item 1385, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Lawm energy, applicable regulations issued on its basis, in accordance with the principles set out in the licenses, the provisions of the Supply Agreement, the conditions contained in this Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as SWZ) and any explanations provided by the ordering party during thetender process. Masovian Airport Warsaw-Modlin Sp. z o. o. is an end user within the meaning of the Energy Law.
2. The amount of energy expected to be delivered during the contract period in B23 tariffs for two PPE points is 5,600.00 MWh.
3. Pursuant to Art. 433, section 4of the Public Procurement Law, the minimum level of performance is -15% of the total volume of the order.
