Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of electricity with distribution for the needs
functioning of municipal facilities on the train of the Liniewo commune.
2. The total amount of electricity supplied during the contract processing to all
electricity collection points described in the connector No. 6 to SWZ is forecast for
level 880.44 MWh.
3. Any change in the estimated consumption will not result in additional costs for
The Ordering Party, in addition to the settlement for the actually used amount of energy according to the prices set out in
offer.
4. The detailed scope and list of energy consumption points are determined In Annex 6 to SWZ.
5. The supply of electricity is to be done on the terms specified in the provisions of the Law Act
Energy and the Civil Code and in accordance with the executive provisions issued on them
based.
6. The contracting authority reserves that each change of law enabling in in particular, freezing the rates of electricity prices, will result in compliance with these
legal provisions.
