Description:
1. The order is carried out for the benefit of the participants of the Sudecka Purchasing Group indicated in Annex No. 1 to the OPZ, i.e. Collective PPE List.xlsx. The subject of the order is: a) supply of electricity on the terms specified in the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law and implementing acts issued on its basis, b) settlement of surplus electricity generated in renewable energy installations indicated in Annex No. 1 to OPZ, which was introduced into the network of the local DSO together with commercial balancing services on the terms specified in the draft agreement, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ of the proceedings in question.2. The order will be implemented in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than February 1, 20263. Assurance by The contractor will supply the necessary volume of electricity at a price calculated / determined in accordance with the provisions of Template 6 of the contract (Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ), and the calculated amount of remuneration will refer to the total volume of energy presented in the appendix No. 1 of the contract.4.
