Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity in the planned amount of approximately 283 MWh for the facilities of Spki Baza Sp. z o. o. in Wocawek, with specific quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations, quality standards.2. Detailed description of the item orders, including: estimated consumption, names and locations of facilities (list of electricity consumption points), expected demand for electricity during the term of the contract, types of tariffs and connection capacity, are included in Annex No. 7 to SWZ.3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract is 283.00 MWh.4. Electricity should meet technical standards in accordance with the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended), regulations implementing regulations for this Act and Polish Standards. The sale of energy to the Ordering Party will take place in accordance with the provisions of the Act and in accordance with the implementing regulations issued for this Act, in particular with service standards.
