Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to facilities belonging to the AMW Society of Social Building "Kwatera" Sp. z o.o.
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to SWZ - detailed terms of the contract together with a description of the subject of the contract.
3. Ordering party provides for the possibility of awarding orders in a free -hand order, on the terms specified in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Act.
