Description:
1. The subject of the order includes the supply of electricity for the needs of the Commune and the City of Przysucha to all facilities (energy consumption points) listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (List of facilities covered by the order) in the period from the date of effective implementation of the supplier change procedure for individual energy consumption points (hereinafter also referred to as: PPE), but no later than from January 1, 2026. The estimated electricity demand for the Ordering Party's facilities in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 is 741,618 kWh. 3.3. Ordering party's information: 1) the ordering party does not currently have comprehensive contract for the sale of electricity and the provision of distribution services;2) the current seller of electricity for energy consumption points covered by the public procurement procedure is: RESPECT ENERGY S.A., registered office: ul.
