Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity for the facilities of the Lene Technical Secondary School. Prof. Jan Miklaszewski in Starocin to electricity consumption points, hereinafter referred to as ppe.2. A detailed description/scope of the subject of the order as well as the requirements and rules for the execution of the order are specified in The draft agreement constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ, together with a list of electricity consumption points (PPE) constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.3. The amount of electricity expected to be collected during the term of the contract is: 332.64 MWh. The given volume of electricity is an estimate based on previous consumption. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the total amount of purchased electricity, relative to the amount specified above, due to reduced electricity consumption in an amount corresponding to the Ordering Party's actual demand, regardless of estimated forecast of its consumption. Any change in the estimated consumption specified above will not result in additional costs for the Ordering Party, apart from the settlement for the amount of electricity actually consumed at the prices specified in the contract.
