Description:
A. The order of the order includes the supply of electricity for the purposes of power supply to objects owned or managed by the municipality of Kędzierzyn -Koźle and municipal legal persons, listed in Annex 11 - List of units of ordering.
1. 830 power consumption points were included Buildings, premises, utility facilities, street lighting, street traffic lights and water supply and heating installations.
These objects, their administrators and EE collection points are described in detail in Annex 9 to SWZ - demand for EE - collective table, Posted in an electronic version on the website of the conducted proceedings constituting an integral part of SWZ.

3. President according to the types of tariffs contains Annex 10 to SWZ - Balance of demand for EE by tariffs.
4. The contracting authority reserves the right to choose a different tariff than the currently binding for a given EE point (demonstrated in Annex 9 to SWZ), provided for the requirements of the requirements set by the requirements set by Distribution system operator (OSD).
5. On the basis of the General Agreement concluded by the Ordering Party with the selected Contractor (EE supplier), detailed contracts will be concluded by individual administrators of the facilities in which individual EEs are located.
