- Supply of electricity to the facilities of the Silesian Center for Heart Diseases in Zabrze in the exchange model The subject of the order is the sale (delivery) of electricity in the exchange model in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular regulations Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of March 22, 2023 on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 919) to the Ordering Party's consumption points. Energy will be used for the needs of the Ordering Party, which is not an energy company within the meaning of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended). Settlement of the supply (sale) of electricity will be based on the so-called model stock exchange (exchange quotations of the Futures Market and the Day-Ahead Market of TGE SA), in accordance with the assumptions indicated in the Draft provisions of the agreement constituting an Annex to the SWZ. The subject of the order is the sale (delivery) of energy electricity in the exchange model in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of March 22, 2023 on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2025 pos. 919) to the Ordering Party's collection points.
