Description:
The subject of the contract is the sale (delivery) of electricity in the stock market in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the provisions of the Minister of the Minister of the Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 on the detailed conditions of the functioning of the power system (Dz. U. of 2023, item 819) to the ordering points of the Ordering Party. Energy will be used for the needs of the Employer, which is not an energy company within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022 item 1385, as amended). By clarifying, the purchase is Planned based on the listing of products of the BASE term and settlement based on the prices of the Spot market (next day market), on the Towarowe Energy Stock Exchange S.A.
