Description:
1. The scope of the order includes the supply of electricity to the buildings of the Theater. Juliusz Osterwa in Gorzow Wielkopolski in 2026 and 2027.2. The total estimated energy consumption [kWh] over the 24-month period is 88930 kWh. A detailed list of points is included in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.3. Estimated the demand for electricity is indicative only and does not in any way constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase energy in the given amount. The amount of electricity consumed by the Ordering Party will be determined based on direct readings indicated by the measurement systems. billing.4. Any change in the expected estimated consumption will not result in additional costs for the Ordering Party, apart from billing for the amount of energy actually consumed according to the prices specified in the price form.5. The contractor will not be entitled to any claim for non-collection the expected amount of energy by the Ordering Party.6.
