Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities of the University of Gdańsk located within the administrative boundaries of the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
2. Code of the classification of the common order dictionary (CPV): 09300000-2.
3 electricity, referred to in point 1, takes place inthrough the distribution network belonging to the distribution network operator (hereinafter referred to as OSD). The conditions for the provision of distribution services are determined by separate distribution agreements concluded from the OSC by the Ordering Party.object -percentage - Annex 1a to SWZ. This is an expected amount, not binding for the contracting authority and may change, in accordance with the provisions of § 3 para. 5 or § 9 para. 1 point 10) draft contract.The actual amount of electricity supplied will result from the current needs of the Employer. 1 of the projectcontracts.
