- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity for the Garrison of the Silesian Police and the supply of electricity for the Police School in Katowice.
2. The order of the contract has been described in detail in Annex 3 to SWZ and includes electricity supplies to energy consumption points elektrycznej dla 164 obiektow Policji wojewodztwa śląskiego w nim wyszczegolnionych.
The total estimated amount of electricity in the period of 36 months is 39,041,169 MWh (a detailed list is included in Annex 3 to SWZ in a file of estimated amounts broken down into KWP and subordinate units and Police school)
The Employer may annul the proceedings if the funds he intended to allocate to finance the contract have not been granted to him.
The order for a police school is conducted by the Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice on the basis of a power of attorney granted
