- 1. The subject of this order is the supply (sale) of electricity for the facilities listed in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ description of the subject of the order. Electricity demand in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 is: 187,850 kWh (basic order). Start of sales will take place on the first possible day after the seller switching process. Currently, there is a reserve sales agreement concluded with Enea SA. for an indefinite period. 2. During the execution of the order, the ordering party reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of electricity up to +/-15% in relation to the amount of energy given in point 1. SWZ: 2.1. the increase in the amount of energy will take place on the basis of the law of option. The principles, scope and manner of exercising the option right by the Ordering Party are described in section 1. 5 point 1 of the draft provisions of the contract according to Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, 2.2. reducing the amount of energy will take place on the basis, to the extent and in the manner described in section 1. 5 point 2 of the draft provisions of the contract according to Annex No. 2 to SWZ.3.
