Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of electricity along with guarantees of origin of energy from renewable energy sources in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027.
The order was divided into two parts:
1) Part 1 Supply of electricity in the Bt21L tariff with heat recovery;
2) Part 2 Electricity supply in tariffs C11, C21, B21, B23.
7 points 4 of the Public Procurement Law.
A detailed description of the manner of implementing the subject of the order is specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting appropriately for the given contract parts of the order: Part No. 1 - Annex No. 4.1, Part No. 2 - Annex No. 4.2. and annexes to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement.
