Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity to the headquarters of the E-Zdrowia Center. Energy supply will take place on the conditions set out by the Civil Code, pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (i.e., Journal of Laws 2022, item 1385, as amended) and in accordance with with applicable regulations to the abovementioned Act.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract (OPZ).
3. The Contractor is obliged to complete the order on the principles and conditions described in Annex 2 to SWZ - planned provisions contracts.
Energy supply will take place on the conditions set out by the Civil Code, on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Law energy (i.e., Journal of Laws 2022 item 1385, as amended) and in accordance with applicable ordinances to the abovementioned Act.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract (OPZ).
3. The contractor is obliged to process the order on principles and conditions described in Annex 2 to SWZ - planned provisions of the contract (PPU).
