- 3.1. The subject of the order is the service of purchasing and supply of energy, support for the energy settlement generated in the installations of participants on the principles of "old prosumer" and redemption of the surplus of energy generated in the installations of participants on the principles of "new prosumer*" in the period on 1/01/2026 to 31.12.2027 r.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 2 to SWZ.
Acting on the basis of art. 18 para. 4 PZP, the Employer reserves that the documentation referred to in point 3.14 OPZ (Annex 2 to SWZ) is confidential, and contractors who get access to it are obliged to her non -compliance and non -use for purposes other than preparing an offer and possible implementation of this order, under pain of liability for damages. This documentation is not and will not be published publicly on the ordering party's website. The basis for sharing This documentation is to submit a "application for disclosure of documentation" - Annex 8 to SWZ, which must be prepared in Polish.
