Description:
Supply of electricity for the Marshal's Office of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, voivodship local government organizational units and provincial legal persons for 2026-2027
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997 Law Energy (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266) for the purposes of contracting authorities with a total maximum volume: 48 469 046.00 KWH during the delivery period.
2. Energy of energy will be implemented no earlier than from 01/01/2026 and not later than until 31/12/2027, with the start of deliveries to individual points electricity consumption, specified in detail in Annex 1 to the contract, will take place not earlier than 01.01.2026 after effective termination of existing energy supply agreements with the previous seller and a positive completion of the seller change procedure.
3. tender It is conducted by the Lesser Poland Voivodeship on behalf of and for the provincial local government organizational units, provincial legal persons, which concluded for this purpose an agreement with the Marshal's Office of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship.
4. Energy will take place on the basis of contracts concluded separately by individual contracting authorities.
5. Distribution services will be provided on the basis of separate contracts concluded with local distribution system operators.
