- 1. The subject of this order is: the supply of electricity for MPK - Łodź Społka z o.o., to the Ordering Party facilities indicated in Annexes No. 2b, 7b and 7c to SWZ. The supply of electricity will take place on the conditions specified in the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) and on the basis of executive provisions to this Act, tariff for the seller's electricity, tariff for the electricity distribution services Distribution network (IRIESD) and in accordance with other generally applicable law.

Task No. 1: Comprehensive supply of electricity (sale and provision of distribution services) to facilities Ordering Party indicated in Annexes 7B and 7C to SWZ;
Task No. 2: Sale of electricity to the Ordering Party facilities indicated in Annex 2B to SWZ.
The contractor is obliged to submit an offer for one part/task or for the entire subject of the contract.
