Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of the Employer. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including names and locations of the facilities, forecasted electricity demand during the contract of the contract, types of tariffs, contractual power, place of delivery andThe necessary data for the conclusion of the contract is included in Annex 2a to SWZ.
2. The values indicated in Annex 2a to SWZ are estimated, which does not reflect the real or declared use of electricity during the duration of the contract and in no way can be the basis of anyclaims from the contractor. The actual settlements will take place on the basis of current indications of measuring and billing systems for the supply of electricity in accordance with the contractor's offer.
3. States determine that within the limits of Art. 455 of the PZP Act and at the request of the Ordering Party - in timeimplementation of the contract - after completing the planned modernization of the multi -specialist hospital. dr L. Błażek in Inowrocław - it is possible to change the contract regarding the value of the ordered power - up to 800 kW - resulting from the modernization documentation of the Ordering Party - in each of the twoEnergy consumption points, listed enumerated in Annex 2A to SWZ by changing in Annex 1 to the contract value ordered from 650 kW for power up to 800 kW.
