- 1. The subject of this procedure is the supply of electricity to objects (energy consumption points, hereinafter also PPE) listed in Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract in the amount of 5 720 860 kWh (energy purchase). Additional information on the subject of the contract:
1.1.PPE accounted for according to GXX tariff groups are not households (if concerned),
4.1. SWZ is a basic order. In the course of the order, the Employer reserves the right to reduce the amount of energy by a maximum of 20% or increase the amount of energy by a maximum of 20% of the basic order. The order value will increase on the basis of the right option. Detailed information is included in the draft contract (Annex 2 to SWZ).
3. The concise scope of the order was specified in Annex 1 to SWZ, in accordance with the provisions Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law. Other conditions regarding the performance of the contract were specified in the designed provisions of the electricity sales contract - Annex 2 to SWZ.
4. The electricity will be carried out on the terms specified in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law and in accordance with enforcement provisions issued to this Act, in particular with the quality standards of recipient service specified in the Regulation of the Minister of the Climate and the Environment of November 29, 2022 on detailed rules ... - Documents:
