The subject of the order is the sale of electricity for the needs of the operation of buildings used by the Ordering Party, on the terms specified in the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43) and issued thereunder. based on implementing acts. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order as well as the requirements and rules for the execution of the order are specified in the Draft Provisions agreement, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. Supply of electricity to NBP facilities in 2027 year 1.
