- 1) The subject of this order is the supply of electricity to the facilities listed in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ, a detailed description of the subject of the order. Electricity demand in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 is: 290,630 MWh (planned order).2) Detailed scope the order was specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law. The remaining conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the electricity sales agreement, Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. 3) End recipients electricity will be the following units: a) Commune Office in Biesiekierz, Biesiekierz 103, 76-039 Biesiekierzb) Commune Technical and Municipal Services, Biesiekierz 103, 76-039 Biesiekierzc) Communal Kindergarten in Parnowo, Parnowo 26, 76-039 Biesiekierz) Primary School named after Ignacy Ukasiewicz w Biesiekierzu, Biesiekierz 60, 76-039 Biesiekierze) Primary School.
