Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) for the needs of the city of Suwałki, organizational units of the city of Suwałki and other Suwałki entities belonging to the purchasing group In the period 01/01/2026 - 31.12.2027
is 32 842.976 MWh.
The template of the contract is included in Annex 3 to SWZ together with Annex 1 (List of collection points electricity covered by the contract) and No. 2 (power of attorney).
3. In the description of the subject of the contract, the qualitative standards referring to all relevant features of the subject of the contract are specified (the subject of the contract is standardized - it will be implemented identically, regardless of which contractor It will be carried out), all life cycle costs were taken into account - margin, commercial balance costs, transaction fees, profile variability costs, the cost of variability of the graphic designer, graphics costs, conventional energy costs, costs of property rights and excise tax.
