Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law for the needs of entities belonging to the purchasing group in the period 01/01/2026 - 30/06/2027.
2. Total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] in the period 01/01/2026 - June 30, 2027 is approximately 3,374 MWh.
3. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
The contract template includes Annex No. 3 to the SWZ together with Annex No. 1 (list of electricity consumption points covered by the contract) and No. 2 (power of attorney).
4. The description of the subject of the order specifies the standards qualitative relating to all significant features of the subject of the order (the subject of the order is standardized - it will be implemented identically, regardless of which Contractor will perform it), all life cycle costs are taken into account - margin, trade balancing costs, transaction fees, profile variability costs, schedule variability costs, scheduling costs, conventional energy costs, property rights costs and excise tax. Apart from the above costs, the Ordering Party does not anticipate other costs of electricity supply.
