Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) for the needs of entities belonging to the purchasing group in the period 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2028:

2. Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągow i Kanalizacji in Nowy Tomyśl Społka z o.o., ul. Targowa 8, 64-300 Nowy Tomyśl
3. z o.o., ul. Zbąszyńska 15, 64-212 Siedlec
4. Śremskie Wodociągi Sp. z o. o., ul. Parkowa 8, 63-100 Śrem
The total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] in the period 01/01/2026 - 31.12.2028 is 29,651.759 MWh.
2. Description of the subject of the contract includes Annex 1 to SWZ.
The template of the contract is included in Annex 3 to SWZ together with Annex 1 (List of energy consumption points electricity covered by the contract) and No. 2 (power of attorney).
3. The description of the subject of the contract specifies the qualitative standards related to all relevant features of the subject of the contract (the subject of the order is standardized - it will be implemented identically, regardless of which contractor will be carried out), all life cycle costs were taken into account - margin, commercial balance costs, transaction fees, profile variability costs, the cost of variability of the graphic designer, graphics costs, conventional energy costs, costs of property rights and excise tax.
