1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) for the needs of entities belonging to the purchasing group in the period 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2028.
Electrical [MWH] In the period 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2028 is 39 266.361 MWh.
The contracts are concluded by Annex 3 to SWZ together with Annex 1 (List of electricity collection points covered by the contract) and No. 2 (power of attorney).
