The subject of the order is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) for the needs of entities belonging to the purchasing group in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028.
